 2 cup heavy cream, chilled
 13 fl.oz Condensed milk
 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
 1 cup Oats, rolled, Quick-cooking
 1 cup Water

Cook the rolled oatmeal until it thickens and absorbed the water. It will take about 5 minutes

Into the Breville Blender, put the cream, condensed milk, cooked oatmeal and vanilla extract. Then mix.

Pour into a resealable container, then seal. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm. Keep stored in the freezer.
