For the Honey Gochujang Sauce:
In a small pan, combine gochujang, honey, and water.
Place over low heat and stir continuously until the mixture is smooth.
Let it simmer gently for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened and glossy.
Taste and adjust: add more honey for sweetness, more water for a thinner sauce.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before using.
Preheat the Oven
Set the Smart Oven Breville Pizzaiolo and pre-heat for 20 minutes. Temperature must reach 400–430°C.
Assemble the Pizza
Transfer the shaped dough to a floured peel or parchment.
Spread 60 g of marinara sauce evenly over the center.
Top with 80 g mozzarella, 30 g chopped kimchi, and 60 g minced bacon.
Bake the Pizza
