 0.25 cup white chocolate syrup
 0.25 cup raspberry syrup
 1 cup full cream milk
 0.25 cup Whipped cream, UHT
 2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup

Extract 2 shots of espresso using the Breville Espresso machine.

Steam the milk using the steaming wand of the espresso machine.

Divide the full cream milk, white chocolate syrup, raspberry syrup, whipped cream and chocolate syrup into two and pour it into the glass.

Garnish each cup with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Serve.
