 500 g Beef, sirloin, steak, U.S.
 0.25 cup Soy sauce
 3 tbsp Vinegar, white
 32 g Dry Goods, Brown Sugar
 30 g Sea Salt
 10 g Spice, Black Pepper Crushed
 5 piece Garlic clove
 50 ml Oil, Cannola
 15 g Herb, Parsley

Wash the beef thoroughly and set aside. Prepare the marinade by combining, soy sauce, vinegar, 1 cup of water, salt, pepper and minced garlic. Submerge the the beef sirloin into the marinade. Keep in the refrigerator for atleast 2 hours.

Preheat Breville Smart Oven Pro to 200 Deg C. In an oiled baking rack, spread the marinated beef sirloin and brush some oil. Bake for 15 mins. Transfer into a plate and garnish with parsley and garlic bits.

Best served with hot garlic rice and spiced vinegar. Enjoy!
