 170 ml Condensed milk
 250 ml heavy cream, chilled
 1 tbsp melon flavored syrup
 0.25 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
For Garnish
 2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
 0.25 cup white chocolate chips
 0.25 cup fresh melon, sliced

Using the Breville espresso machine, extract 1 shot of espresso and let it cool at room temperature.

Whip chilled heavy cream using the Breville Stand Mixer until stiff peaks (8-10 mins).

Whisk in condensed milk, melon-flavored syrup, and chocolate chips.

Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe food keeper or container and freeze overnight.

Once set, serve in chilled glass bowls and garnish with white chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, and freshly sliced melons. Enjoy!
