 8 piece Banana ( saba )
 64 g Coconut Sugar
 10 g Spice, Cinnamon Powder
 1 tbsp Olive oil

Sprinkle saba wedges with oil and mixture of sugar-cinnamon.

Using the Breville oven, bake at 175 degrees C. for 20 minutes or until cooked. Serve hot.
