 60 ml Espresso Shot
 120 ml Dairy, Full Cream Milk
 30 g refined, sugar
 1 g Sea Salt
 2g Spice, Black Pepper Crushed

Using the Breville Barista Express, extract 2 shots of espresso.

Froth the milk until smooth and shiny in consistency.

Pour in the milk into two cups containng the espresso.

Add the salt and pepper to the latte and enjoy it hot.
