 1 can Canned Sardines in Tomato Sauce
 4 piece Classic White Bread for Sandwiches and toasting
 6 piece basil leaves
 1 piece red onions, minced
 1 piece Bell Pepper Red
 1 piece Ripe Tomato
 2 piece garlic clove, minced
 1 cup grated cheese, quickmelt

Using a cookie cutter, cut the white bread into uniformed circles. Note: Bread trimmings can be used as fillings or croutons for salad.

In an oiled pan, saute minced garlic, tomatoes, bell peppers and red onions together with the canned sardines.

Line up cut up bread in a baking pan then pour the tomato sauce from the sauteed sardines. Assemble sardines and grate cheese on top.

In a preheated Breville Smart Oven (Pizza Function 180 deg C), bake the pizza for 5 mins or until the cheese melts.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve!
