This recipe is inspired from "Cheese in a hole" bread that is toasted in a convection oven, brushed with milk and filled with egg. This recipe is perfect for prepping for a crowd in breakfast with limited time. Fast, easy and filling.

Preheat the Breville Smart Oven under Toast Function for 230 deg C.
Line up wax paper into the baking pan then place the bread.
Flatten center of each bread to make a crater for the eggs.
In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk and sugar until well-combined.
Brush the sides of the bread with buttermilk mixture.
In each bread crater, crack one egg. Optional: grated cheese on top.
Toast for 8-10 mins. For runny yolks, reduce toasting time. Choose your preferred toast darkness, too.
Serve with sliced avocados. Enjoy!
