 2 ½ cups Cake Flour
 1 tbsp Baking powder
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¾ cup Sugar
 3 tbsp Sugar
 ½ cup Canola oil
 ¾ cup Water
 1 ½ tsp Vanilla
 1 tsp Salt
 6 Egg yolks
 1 ½ tsp Cream of tartar
 ½ cup White sugar
For Cream cheese frosting
  cup Butter
 ¾ cup Confectioner's Sugar
 3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
 1 cup Fresh strawberries

Heat Breville Smart Oven Pro to 170 Deg C. Sift flour, baking powder, and sugar.
Using Breville Bakery Boss Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda and powder, and salt.

In separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients. Pour this mixture into the flour mixture, until smooth.

In a mixing bowl, whip egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks. Add the sugar for egg whites then fold the egg whites to the yolk mixture.

Pour the mixture evenly to the prepared baking pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes until done.

For the frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.

Add the confectioner's sugar and beat until smooth. Gradually add the heavy cream and whip until the frosting is thick enough.

To assemble, slice the cake into 3 portions. Spread the cream cheese frosting on top of every sliced cake then arrange the strawberry on top of the cream cheese. Cover the cake with cream cheese frosting and decorate with fresh strawberry on top.
