For the marinade:
 1 cup Soy Sauce
 ½ cup Sugar
 1 tsp Ginger
 1 tsp Garlic
For the Rice:
 2 pcs  Firm Tofu
 Oil as needed
 1 tbsp Ginger
 2 tbsp Garlic
 3 cups Red Rice, soaked overnight
 ½ cup green onions
 ¼ cup Oyster Sauce
 3 tbsp Sesame Oil
 ¼ cup Sesame Seeds, toasted
 1 pc Yellow Bellpepper
 18 pcs Shrimp
 6 cups Stock or Water

Combine all the ingredients and marinate the tofu overnight.

Using the sear/sauté function of the Breville Multichef ™, fry the tofu until golden brown and set aside.

On the same pan, sauté the ginger, garlic, bellpeppers and leeks.
Add the red rice and sauté until totally covered with oil.

Meanwhile, in a bowl combine the stock, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and season with salt & pepper. You can add a dash of chili flakes (Optional)

Gently add the liquids into the rice and mix.

Using the greased steam tray, place the seasoned shrimps & broccoli and place it on the same pan as the rice.

Change the function of the Breville Multichef to Rice and leave to cook.

Once cooked, add the tofu & sprinkle with sesame seeds.
