 1 cup grated queso de bola (edam cheese)
 3 tbsp chipotle peppers, canned
 0.5 cup mayonnaise
 2 g Cumin powder
 4 piece soft tortilla

Prepare the mis en place by grating the queso de bola.

Using the Breville blender, place the grated queso de bola, chipotle peppers, mayonnaise, cumin powder and process until smooth.

In a pan, gently grill the tortilla bread and slice it into pieces.

Transfer the spread into a ramekin and serve with the grilled tortilla bread.
