 350 g Beef, Brisket
 2 tbsp Calamansi juice
 0.25 cup Soy sauce
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 2 piece Potato
 1 cup Vegetable Oil
 0.25 cup Tomato sauce
 1 piece Ripe Tomato
 1 piece Bell pepper, red
 1.5 cup broth (vegtable, beef, chicken)
 2 piece Bay leaf
 Sea Salt
 Black Pepper Crushed

Prep the mise en place by washing all of the meat, produce and peel the potatoes. Cut into large cubes and set aside.

Mix the calamansi juice and soy sauce and marinate the beef for at least 30 mins.

Mince garlic, onions, tomatoes and slice the bell peppers and potatoes into cubes.

Heat the pan, add vegetable oil and fry the potatoes. Set aside.

In a separate pan add olive oil and saute onions, garlic and tomatoes. Add the beef and cook it until brown (5 mins).

Add the tomato sauce, beef broth, salt, pepper and bring to a boil.

Preheat the Breville oven and set it to the Slow Cook “High” function.

Add the fried potatoes, red bell peppers, bay leaf and place the pot inside the oven.

Slow cook for 2 hours.Once cooked serve with hot rice and enjoy!
