This delicious recipe is an extremely tasty combination of creamy milk, espresso and rich caramel.

 1 Serving Espresso Shot
 1 cup full cream milk
 2 tbsp salted caramel syrup
 3 tbsp cookies and cream ice cream

Extract 1 shot of espresso using the Breville espresso machine.

In the Breville blender jug, pour in espresso shot together with salted caramel, milk, ice cream and press the "smoothie" function until well combined.

Transfer the milkshake into sundae glass then top it with whipped cream. Serve!
