For the toppings
 ½ cup Green bellpepper, julienne cut
 ½ cup Red bellpepper, julienne cut
 ¼ cup Black olives, pitted and sliced
 ¼ cup White mushrooms
 ¼ cup Cauliflower
 1 cup Chunky tomato sauce
 ¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes
 1 cup Mozarella Cheese
 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
 ¼ cup Basil Leaves
 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
 2 pcs. Pizza crust ( see recipe)

Spread tomato sauce ito the pizza dough. Wash all the veggies thoroughly, slice and assemble into the pizza dough.

Using the Breville Smart oven pre heat under 175 deg Celcius and activate the PIZZA function.

Bake for 15 mins under 175º C.
