
Cut the pumpkin into cubes
(skin off), in a pot add inch deep water and bring to a boil.
Once cooked, drain water and tranfser the cooked pumpkin into the jug of Breville Kinetix Pro blender. Process until smooth.
In a pot, pour down milk, ground spices and pumpkin puree. Bring to a simmer (5 mins).
Extract 2 shots of espresso and transfer into two mugs. Pour over the milk and puree mix then top it with whipped cream. Sprinkle cinnamon powder to garnish.
