 300 g Beef, Ground
 1 piece White Onion
 4 piece Garlic clove
 1 piece Carrots(Local)
 1 piece Potatoes
 1 piece Bell Pepper Red
 1 piece Bell pepper, green
 2 tbsp Seedless raisins
 3 piece Red tomatoes
 4 tbsp Olive oil
 2 tbsp Soy sauce
 1 tsp Sea Salt
 10 g Black Pepper Crushed
 1 cup Water
 5 g Vegetable, Onion Spring
1

Start by making the mis en place. Mince the garlic, onions, red and green bell peppers and tomatoes. Peel the potatoes and carrots the slice it into small cubes.

2

Using the pre-heated Breville Multicooker, add olive oil then sauté onions and garlic until aromatic and translucent. Add the tomatoes and cook for another 3 mins. Stir in the ground beef and cook for 5 mins under med high heat or until brown.

3

Stir in cubed potatoes, carrots, minced red and green bell peppers and 1 cup of water then reduce the heat into medium low heat. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper and let it simmer for 10 mins.

4

For the Homemade Pita Bread: Using the Breville Baker Boss Stand Mixer (Scraper beater attachment), mix the dry ingredients then change the attachment to dough hook.

5

Add the oil and switch the mixer to light mixing, gradually adding the Hot Water. Mix for 3 minutes or until it forms into a dough.

6

Flour your bench top and tip the dough out. Cut the dough equally into ten parts. Use the palm of your hand to flatten each of your balls as much as you can and then cover with a tea-towel. Leave the dough to rise for 15-20minutes. Place a heavy bottomed frying pan or skillet over a medium heat.

7

Cook the tortilla for 1 minute then flip it and cook it for a further 30 seconds.

8

It should have a few light brown patches on it. If you find it is going too brown then lower the heat. Repeat with each ball of dough.

9

Assembly: Fill the homemade pita bread with cooked picadillo and paired it with Big C Buster Juice (see separate recipe). Serve!
