 1 cup Cacao nibs
 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 2 tbsp Honey
 1 cup Coconut cream, unsweetened
 Desicated coconut
For the fruit platter
 1 Whole Melon, cubed
 4 Ripe Bananas, sliced
 1 cup Strawberries
 1 cup Pineapple tidbits

Using preheated Breville multi chief, add coconut milk, cocoa powder, cacao nibs and vanilla extract cook for 10 mins low heat or until the cacao nibs are melted and well incorporated.

Mix in honey and let it rest until room temperature.

Transfer into a bowl, sprinkle with desiccated coconut and serve as a dipping sauce for the fruit platter. Enjoy.
