Looking for a pizza with a homey healthy topping? Breville Philippines gives you this exciting Laing Pizza. Enjoy the authentic taste of Laing spread entirely on your pizza crust. This is best for vegetable lovers because they will enjoy pizza in a healthy way. You can serve this during snacks and break times.

Using the Breville Multichef™, add oil, sauté the garlic and onions.
Once the aroma has been released, add the tinapa, shrimp, pre boiled gabi leaves, shrimp paste and coconut cream.
Bring the mixture to a boil, and change the setting to slow cook high.
Season it with fish sauce or additional shrimp paste, and continue simmering until the coconut cream is reduced.
Once the laing has been cooked and the coconut cream is reduced, set the laing aside.
Chef’s Note: You may create a big batch of laing and store it inside the freezer. You can reheat a portion and serve it on your pizza or as is.
Heat the pizza crust or tortilla wrapper on the flat side of the Breville BBQ Grill™ for about 1 min.
Chef’s Note: If you are using a thick pizza crust, extend the heating process of the crust to about 3-4 mins.
Remove the pizza crust from the grill. Place a good heaping spoon of laing-spread it evenly on the pizza crust, then grate the cheese over the pizza.
Chef’s Note: Impress the “Bicolano” blood in you. Garnish the pizza with a medley of red and green chilies.
Using the adjustable height control of the grill, cook the pizza at the searing temperature for 3 - 4 mins. or until the vegetables are cooked and the crust starts to brown.
Cut it into desired portions and serve.
TIP: And what goes well with a spicy pizza? A really, cold smoothie prepared with love! Try a twist of banana, papaya and watermelon finished with a hint of pineapple.
