
Using the Breville Stand mixer, whisk together the flour, baking powder, nutmeg ,cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
In another large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add the dry ingredients to the wet in 2 additions, light mix together until just combined. Fold in the fruit and vegetable pulp.
Preheat Breville Oven to 175 Deg C and brush oil into 8 inch round cake pan.
Pour into the prepared pan and top it with minced strawberries, almonds and sliced oranges and apple.
Once baked set aside until the pan is cool enough to handle, then unmold the cake into a cake stand. Drizzle with sugar glaze and serve.
