 60 ml Emborg, whipping cream
 15 ml condensed milk
 15 g Emborg, cream cheese
 3 ml Vanilla extract

 1 g unsweetened cocoa powder
 1 piece broas (ladyfinger cookies)
1

Brew the Espresso

Using the Breville Barista Express Impress, extract a 30 ml espresso shot.

Allow it to cool for 2–3 minutes to avoid melting the ice too quickly.

2

Prepare the Cream Cheese Milk

In a small bowl, whisk together cream cheese (alternative for mascarpone cheese), heavy cream, full cream milk, and vanilla syrup until smooth and well-blended.

Use a milk frother or hand whisk to fully incorporate the cream cheese for a silky texture.

Finish and Garnish

Dust the top lightly with cocoa powder.

Sprinkle with white chocolate shavings for a signature tiramisu touch.

Serve with a ladyfinger (Broas) cookie on the side.
