5 g Mustard, Dijon
16 ml Juice, Lemon
250 ml Oil, Olive Regular
5 g Sea Salt
1 tbsp Vinegar, white

Place the egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, whte vinegar and 1 1/4 cup of the olive oil in the Breville Kinetix Pro Blender. Press (liquify button). Process until emulisfied and thickened. Chill until ready to use.
Shelf life:
Chiller/ Fridge : 2 weeks.
