 200 g tomatoes
 15 g Tomato paste
 150 g Vegetable, Garlic Peeled
 5 g Spice, Bayleaf
 15 ml Condiments, White Vinegar
 30 g Brown Sugar
 5 g Paprika Powder

Core and cut big tomatoes into quarters. Using Breville Kinetix Pro Blender process the tomatoes, peeled garlic and chopped onions until smooth.Put all ingredients into a pot of water (about 1 cup of water), bring to a boil stirring occasionally.

When mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat to medium, add the tomato paste, bay leaf, sugar and vinegar and let boil for 10 minutes.

Then put in a mason jar and serve. Refrigerate for storage. Lasts 4 weeks in the fridge in an airtight container.
