 500 g Potato
 1 tsp Paprika, ground
 1 tsp Sea Salt
 0.25 cup Vegetable Oil

Wash the potatoes throughly, getting rid of the dirt.

Peel the potatoes and slice it into 1/4 inch sticks.

Toss the sliced potatoes in a bowl of cold water with salt to get rid of the excess starch.

Drain the water, pat dry with paper towels and season with paprika powder, salt, pepper and toss it with vegetable oil.

Transfer into the Breville Air Fry basket and Air Fry it to 200 Deg C for 20 mins.

Once cooked, transfer the fries into a plate and season with sea salt and serve it with ketchup. Enjoy!
