
Guacamole Procedure:
Take off the avocado meat and peel 1 clove of garlic. Using the Breville Kinetix Pro Blender process through pulse function until it breaks down into a paste.
Mince the tomatoes (discard the seeds) and red onions. In a bowl mix the processed avocados, minced tomatoes, onions then add cumin powder, salt, and lime juice mix until well incorporated. Set aside and chill until ready to use.
Toast the white bread (any bread you have) using the Breville Smart Oven Pro.
Poached Egg Procedure:
Crack your egg into a bowl or onto a saucer. If there is any very runny white surrounding the thicker white then tip this away.
Bring a pan of water filled at least 5cm deep to a simmer. Don't add any salt as this will break up the egg white.
Tip the egg into the pan. The yolk should follow the white.
When water is low simmering add vinegar and makes a swirl out of the water.
Slowly drop the egg and cook for 3 mins.
Lift the egg out with a slotted spoon and drain it on kitchen paper.
Assembly:
Spread the guacamole into the toasted bread. Top it off with the poached egg and sprinkle with chilli flakes. Enjoy!
