We can indulge a little this holiday season but still take the effort to make our meals healthier. Let’s make some homemade glaze to ensure the freshest ingredients and avoid processed ones.

Peel the orange and cut into chunks, dice the apples.
Let ham come close to room temp: Remove the ham from the refrigerator (still wrapped) a couple of hours before you intend to cook it so that it can get closer to room temperature. This will help it warm more evenly.
Score the skin of the ham, then insert each of the cloves around the ham.
In saucepot, melt butter and brown sugar. Add water, apples, oranges, and water simmer until caramelized. (5-10 mins on low medium heat)
Once the glaze thickens, brush it generously to the ham.
Bake the ham in preheated Breville Oven for 175 Deg C for 15 mins.
Once done, serve it with sliced apples, oranges, grapes, and lettuce. Enjoy!
