 300 g Pork, Pork Chop
 5 g Spice, Spanish Paprika
 5 g Cumin powder
 5 g Pepper, Cayenne
 5 g Dry Goods, Brown Sugar
 5 g Spice, Garlic Powder
 10 g Sea Salt
 5 g Black Pepper Crushed
 50 ml Groceries, Honey
 20 ml Espresso Shot
 10 g Garlic clove
 5 g Ginger Root
 15 ml Condiments, Soy Sauce
 128 g Mashed potatoes, prepared (with cream and butter)
 60 g Vegetable, Bokchoy
 15 ml Olive oil
 15 g Dairy, Unsalted Butter

In bowl combine dry spices and mix until well incorporated.

Massage the the spices generously to the pork chops on both sides then chill for 10 minutes.

Extract 1 shot of espresso using Breville espresso machine. In a pan combine espresso shot, honey, minced ginger, minced garlic and water. Reduce in a low fire until it thickens.

Line up the pork chops in an oiled baking pan. Preheat Breville oven in Grill function, then grill the pork chops under 175 Deg C for 15 minutes.

While waiting for the chops, in a boiling water blanch the washed bok choy for 40 seconds. Place it in a bowl of ice water for a minute then drain the excess liquid.

Glaze the pork chops with espresso sauce and assemble it in a plate together with mashed potatoes and blanched bok choy.
