 300 g Corned Beef
 1 pc Potatoes, small diced
 3 pcs eggs, scrambled
 1 pc onion, red
 parsley

In a pan, sauté the potatoes and onion.

Add the corned beef and season with salt & pepper.

On a bread, place a dollop of the prepared hash and eggs.

Grate a good amount of melting cheese (optional) into the bread and place another slice of bread on top of it.

Using the Breville The Original ‘74™ jaffle maker, toast the sandwich by closing the lid and letting it cook.

Serve and enjoy.
