The bitterness of this coffee drink recipe with a sweet and salty creamy layer on top is something you have to taste to believe!

 2 cup Brewed Coffee
 3 oz Cheese, Cream
 0.5 cup Light Whipped Cream
 0.25 cup UHT full cream milk
 0.5 tsp Sea Salt
 1 cup Ice cubes

Using the Breville stand mixer wire whisk attachment, combine cream cheese, whipping cream, salt and milk.

Turn the dial into aerating/whipping function and beat for 3 mins or until thick and frothy.

Using the Breville Coffee Brewer, extract coffee through "over ice" function.

Pour brewed coffee into 2 cups with ice then spoon the whipped cream cheese on top of the ice coffee. Serve!
