
Using Breville Precision Brewer, scoop in 3/4 cups ground coffee to 4 cups of water. Press Cold Brew function. Let it process overnight.
Once the cold brew is ready, prepare the shake by combining ice, vanilla ice cream, sugar syrup, chocolate syrup, and cold brew concentrate into the blender.
Process until no lumps and thick in consistency.
Drizzle chocolate syrup into chilled glass. Decorate the lip of the glass with sprinkles. Then pour in the cold brew shake.
For the garnish:
Skewer the marshmallows then slightly burn the sides using a kitchen blow torch.
Pour whipping cream on top and drizzle with chocolate syrup and top it with water stick and graham biscuit.
