Ingredients for the chili paste (for the grilled beef and shrimp): (Yield ½ cup)
 3 tbsp Chilli Powder
 2 tsp ground Cumin
 2 tsp ground Corriander
 1 tsp ground Cinnamon
 2 tsp freshly ground Pepper
 2 tsp Salt
 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Using the Breville Kinetix Pro Blender process all the ingredients untill it forms into a paste.

Chefs Note:

You ca use this paste as marinade, rub for meats and seafoods. you can also dillute it in 1/4 cup water and use it as a basting sauce for grilled meats and seafoods.
