Chestnut puree into a latte to warm hearts. You can add to your coffee concoction for complete holiday vibes.

 1 Serving Espresso Shot
 1 cup full cream milk
 2 tbsp sweetened chestnut puree
 1 piece roasted chestnut, peeled
For the Sweetened Chestnut Puree
 0.25 cup Brown Sugar
 0.5 cup Water
 5 piece roasted chestnut, peeled
 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Prepare the chestnut puree by bringing roasted peeled chestnuts, sugar, and water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Blend using the Breville blender until smooth.

Using the Breville espresso machine, extract 1 shot of espresso.

Steam the milk until smooth and frothy.

Transfer the espresso shot into a cup, add the sweetened chestnut puree, steamed milk, milk foam and grate roasted chestnuts on top. Serve.
