Our signature espresso with notes of butterscotch giving your latte a sophisticated twist

 2 Serving Espresso Shot
 2 tbsp butterscotch syrup
 2 cup full cream milk
 3 tbsp Dairy, Unsalted Butter
 0.25 cup Brown Sugar
 0.3 tsp Salt, Iodized
 0.25 cup Cream, heavy
 1 tsp Vanilla extract

For the butterscotch syrup: Melt the butter in a medium heavy-bottomed saucepan (not non-stick) over medium heat.

Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Transfer the butterscotch sauce to a container to cool.

Extract 2 shots of espresso using the Breville Espresso Machine. Transfer into 2 cups.

Steam the milk yung the milk frother of Breville espresso machine. Pour into the cup.

Pour down 2 tbsp of butterscotch syrup into the coffee and mix. Serve.
