 250 g Bacon
 5 pcs Eggs, sunny side up
 1 pack Pancake mix
 250 g Tapa
 5 cups Rice, cooked (Day-old rice)
 50 g Garlic
 200 g Cauliflower florets,
 Oil, as needed
 5 pcs Eggs, Sunny side up
 5 pcs Eggs, beaten
 6 pcs tortilla wrapper, big
 3 pcs tomato, small dice
 1 pc onion, red, small dice
 30 g cilantro, chopped
 Salt & pepper

On the flat side of the Breville BBQ Grill, cook the eggs, bacon, tapa and pancakes.

Using the Breville Multichef, place the oil and sauté the garlic and cauliflower until slightly caramelized.

Slowly add the rice and let it cook. Season with salt & pepper.

In a bowl, combine the tomato, onions and cilantro. Season with salt & pepper.

To Assemble:

On the first plate, place the bacon, eggs(sunny side up) & pancakes.

On the second plate, place the cooked tapa, cauliflower sinangag and eggs (sunny side up).

In a tortilla wrapper, place the 1/3 cup of rice, topped with tapa, eggs and tomato salsa. Fold the sides going towards the center and wrap the burrito.

Once rolled, place each wrap into the Breville BBQ Grill and let it seal.

On the third plate, slice the burrito in half and serve with some more salsa on the side.
