 3 piece tinapa fish
 2 cup White Rice, cooked
 0.5 cup mild cheddar cheese, grated
 1 tsp Oregano, dried
 1 tsp Sea Salt
 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
 1 cup All Purpose Flour
 1 piece Eggs, raw
 1 cup Sauce, marinara
 10 piece Basil

Flake the tinapa fish, disregard the bones, and chop them into pieces.

In a bowl, combine cooked rice, grated cheese, ground dried oregano, and flaked tinapa and form it into a ball.

Mix salt and pepper into the breadcrumbs.

Dredge the tinapa balls into the flour, dip it into a beaten egg and roll it into the seasoned bread crumbs.

Pre-heat Breville Oven to 175 Deg C. spray cooking oil into the breaded balls and bake for 40 mins or until golden brown. (rotate the arancini every 10 mins for even cooking)

Garnish it with fresh basil leaves and serve it with marinara sauce or any dips you desire.
