 300 g Mushroom, Oyster
 0.25 cup Olive oil
 0.5 cup All Purpose Flour
 1 tbsp Sea Salt
 1 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
 1 tsp Paprika, ground
 1 tbsp garlic powder
 1 tsp chili powder
 8 g Thyme leaves

Preheat the Breville Smart Oven to 230 deg C / 450 deg F.

In a bowl, mix flour, sea salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic, and chili powder until well incorporated.

Dredge mushroom into the flour mixture. Make sure all of the areas are well-coated. Shake off any excess flour.

Brush olive oil into the baking pan and arrange the coated mushrooms accordingly.

Spray the remaining olive oil onto the mushrooms generously.

Bake for 30 mins until cooked or crispy.

To serve, garnish it with fresh thyme and serve with spiced vinegar. Enjoy!
