 8 piece Eggs, raw
 12 piece Basil
 1 tbsp Chili Flakes
 60 ml Oil, Olive Regular
 2 tbsp Sea Salt
 1 tsp Black Pepper Crushed

Preheat Breville oven to 175ºC and brush olive oil muffin tin. Crack eggs into the tin.

Add fresh basil leaves on each egg, sprinkle with chilli flakes and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 mins under 175ºC. Serve!
