 ½ kg fresh scallops
 200 g butter
 200 g cheddar cheese
 1 fresh parsley

Using the Breville Scraper Mixer Pro™, whip butter together with grated cheese and fresh parsley.

Preheat the Breville Smart Oven™ Pro under Bake Function for 170°C.

Top each scallops with butter-cheese mixture. Once done, pop into the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until butter-cheese mixture is melted.
