 2 pieces Angus Ribeye Steak (1/2 inch)
 Sea Salt
 Black Pepper Crushed
 Butter
 2 pieces garlic cloves
 2 pieces fresh rosemary, sprigs
For the baked potato
 2 pieces Potato
 Bacon Bits (cooked)
 sour cream
 sharp cheddar cheese
 Spring onion
 Sea Salt
 Olive oil

First, Scrub the potato, and pat dry with paper towels

Pierce the skin several times with a knife or fork. Drizzle the baking pan with oil then rub the skin with olive oil, then with salt.

Preheat Breville oven to 215 Deg C.

Once the oven is pe-heated, place the baking pan inside the oven and bake for 45 mins.

For the steak, im using Ribeye. Pat dry the steak with clean paper towels on both sides.

Rub the steak with sea salt and cacked black pepper.

In a scorching hot griddle pan, drizzle some oil and grill the steak 1 min on each side. Basting it with butter, dried rosemary and fresh garlic clove. (make sure to grill the steak 5 mins before the baked potato is cooked)

When the potato is soft and golden brown, slice the potato down the center and serve with butter, cheddar cheese, spring onions

There you have it our flavorful and tender ribeye steak served with rich baked potato and salad greens. Enjoy! ( serve the steak with parsley and chilli butter medallions)
