 260 g almonds, nuts
 6 ml Pastry, Vanilla Extract
 15 g Honey
 250 ml Water

Soak almond nuts in bowl of cold water for 8 hours or overnight.

After the almonds have soaked overnight, drain and rinse them.

Place the almond nuts in your Breville Kinetix Pro Blender along with 2 cups of fresh, cold water.

Blend on Liquify Function for 2 minutes.

Strain the almond milk through a cheesecloth into a bowl or large measuring cup.

Pour it back into the blender jug and add the honey and vanilla sysrup. Blend for 1 minute.

Chill until ready to consume.
