
Rub the whole chicken with fish sauce, calamansi juice and let it sit for 30 mins.
In a pot boil water together with sliced onions, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and bay leaf.
Poach the chicken for 15 mins, drain the water and pat dry the skin of the chicken.
Using the Breville Air Fryer, brush oil into the air fryer basket. Rub oil all over the skin of the chicken and Air Fry it for 200 Deg C for 20 mins.
Once cooked serve with sweet potato fries, banana ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Enjoy!
