For the burger patty
 350 g Beef, Chuck
 150 g Beef Top Sirloin
 1 piece Eggs, raw
 Sea Salt
 Black Pepper Crushed
For the buns
 2 piece burger buns (store bought)
 2 piece sharp cheddar cheese, american
 2 piece green ice letuce
 0.5 piece white onion, sliced
 0.5 piece Ripe Tomato
 60 g French Fries, fine
For he burger Sauce
 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
 2 tsp Tapatio hot sauce
 1 tsp yellow mustard

Using the Breville fresh and furious blender, process the sirloin and beef chuck until well incorporated and minced. ( 2 mins auto pulse 1 min chop function)

Form the minced beef into a ball then flat it into a burger patty.

Preheat Breville smart oven air fryer to 195 Deg C.

While pre-heating the oven, make the burger sauce by mixing ketchup, mayonnaise, yellow mustard and hot sauce. Set aside.

Season the burger patties with salt and crushed pepper.

Brush the air-fry basket with oil and air-fry the beef patties to 195 Deg C in 12 mins.

When the oven reached the time of 8 mins. Add the oiled french fries into the fry basket together with the burger patties.

Brush the burger buns with butter. When the oven timer reached the last 2 minutes, add the burger buns into the fry basket.

Once cooked, assemble the burger by spreading the burger sauce into the buns.

Add the lettuce into the base of the burger, then the burger patties, sliced tomatoes and onions.

Serve with air fried french fries. Enjoy.
