 4 piece Quail Eggs
 8 piece Pandesal
 120 g Butter
 1 Bundle Green Leaf Lettuce
 8 piece Cherry tomato
 40 g Vegetable, Onion Chives
For the Long Black Coffee
 2 Serving Espresso Shot
 2 cup Water, warm

Cut pan de sal into half, using a spoon poke the center to create a crater.

Brush the pan de sal with butter. Break quail eggs into the center of the pan de sal and toast it for 8 mins using the Breville Smart Oven's toast function. You can choose your preferred darkness.

Sprinkle chopped chives for garnish. Pair it with a side salad of lettuce and cherry tomatoes (you can add any salad dressing on the greens).

Using the Breville espresso machines, extract double espresso directly into serving glass. Add hot water to fill cup. Serve with pugo de sal and enjoy!
