 250 g lean pork, ground
 3 tbsp carrot juice pulp
 2 tbsp apple juice pulp
 1 tbsp cucumber juice pulp
 1 piece red onions, minced
 3 piece garlic clove, minced
 1 piece Eggs, raw
 1 tsp Cumin powder
 1 tsp Paprika, ground
 2 tbsp Soy sauce
 1 tsp Sea Salt
 0.5 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
For the sides:
 3 piece romaine lettuce
 4 piece Cherry tomato
 40 g french beans
 2 tbsp ketchup

In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix until well incorporated.

Brush oil in e pre-cut aluminum foil, transfer the meat mixture and roll it into a log.

Steam the embutido for 45 mins. Once cooked, let it rest for 10 mins before slicing.

Serve it with fresh romaine, cherry tomatoes, and blanched french beans. Enjoy!
