Prep Time15 minsCook Time15 minsTotal Time30 mins
1 piece pear shaped ham (cooked)
 1 piece Apple
 1 piece Orange
 1 tbsp Butter
 0.5 cup Brown Sugar
 0.5 cup Water
 2 tbsp cloves
1

Peel the orange and cut into chunks, dice the apples.

2

Let ham come close to room temp: Remove the ham from the refrigerator (still wrapped) a couple of hours before you intend to cook it so that it can get closer to room temperature. This will help it warm more evenly.

3

Score the skin of the ham, then insert each of the cloves around the ham.

4

In saucepot, melt butter and brown sugar. Add water, apples, oranges, and water simmer until caramelized. (5-10 mins on low medium heat)

5

Once the glaze thickens, brush it generously to the ham.

6

Bake the ham in preheated Breville Oven for 175 Deg C for 15 mins.

7

Once done, serve it with sliced apples, oranges, grapes, and lettuce. Enjoy!
