 2 Serving Espresso Shot
 1 cup UHT full cream milk
 1 cup Ice cubes
 6 piece Chocnut bars
 4 tbsp Whipped cream, UHT

Using the Breville Espresso Machine, extract two shots of espresso. Transfer the espresso shots into Breville Blender Jug, add ice, milk and 6 pieces of Chocnut bars then blend until smooth and thick.

Transfer the ice blended coffee into two mason jars and garnish with whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with crushed chocnut on top. Serve Cold.
