0.10 l Dairy, Full Cream Milk
88 ml Espresso Shot
30 g Dry Goods, Brown Sugar

Place cream bruleé in a cup.

Extract 2 shots of espresso using the Breville Barista Express. Pour into cup.

Steam the milk, creating cappuccino foam. Pour into cup. Fill cup more with foam.

Sprinkle some brown sugar and torch until sugar caramelizes. Serve hot.
