 500 g Potatoes, peeled and cut into large dice
 125 g butter
 100 ml milk, full cream
 3 pcs garlic cloves, roasted
 3 tbsp hummus
For the hummus:
 2 cups chickpeas, canned, drained, liquid reserved
 ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
 2 cloves of garlic
For the seasoning:
 salt & pepper to taste
 lemon juice
 paprika

To make the hummus:
1

Using the  Breville Kinetix Pro Blender™ , process the mixture until smooth.  Note: If the mixture is too dry, you can add a bit more of olive oil.

Season to taste.

Add some lemon juice and paprika.

Mix and serve as desired.

Procedure

Using the Breville Multichef™, boil the potatoes in salted water.

Once cooked, mash the potatoes and garlic.

Add the hummus.

Add the butter and milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach you desired texture. 
Note: you may separate some potatoes while mashing and add later on if you want you mash to be a bit chunky.

Season with salt & pepper.

Garnish with parsley.
