
1 kg beef short ribs
3 tbsp Red Curry Paste
4 pcs. cloves Garlic, crushed
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Fish sauce
1 cup finely chopped onion
2 tbsp calamansi juice
1 pcs. minced siling labuyo
1 ½ cups coconut milk
3 cups Beef stock
2 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
¼ cup chopped green onions

In the pan, add oil and let it preheat for 3 mins. When oil is hot enough sear beef ribs for 2 mins.
