 1 Fresh Pizza Dough formaggio tomato sauce
 1 mild cheddar cheese
 6 cherry tomatoes
 4 white mushrooms
 2 tbsp black olives, sliced
 1 tbsp green olives, sliced
 1 fresh basil leaves salt and pepper, to taste olive oil, to drizzle

Spread the tomato sauce into the pizza dough. Grate cheddar cheese all over.

Distribute sliced cherry tomato, mushrooms, black and green olives.

Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

Preheat the Breville Smart Oven™ Pro under Pizza Function for 210°C. Once done, bake pizza for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil.
